Today, I want to share a wildly delicious and easy-to-make Dijon Maple salad dressing.

This super simple, homemade, delicious dressing calls for only three ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Maple Syrup, and Dijon Mustard.

You can add salt and pepper as desired, but I don’t think this dressing needs it. It is that simple and delicious.

This isn’t just a salad dressing. I also occasionally use this simple Dijon Maple dressing as a dipping sauce for things like chicken tenders and anything else that can fit into my dipping dish.

Preserving Homemade Maple Dijon Dressing

Storing this dressing for later use is super easy. Simply pour it into an airtight container (I like to use a mason jar) and store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • Pinch of dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine maple, oil, dijon, and parsley in a bowl.
  2. Mix until combined.
  3. Enjoy.
