Right now, I am excited about the longer days, spring break, Easter, and chocolate!
I dedicated the first two months of this year to the whole30 plan, and I survived it.
So of course I was happy to welcome the completion of my New Years diet with GATSBY’s Almond Dark Chocolate.
To start, the GATSBY Almond Dark Chocolate bar is delicious. It is a satisfying chocolate bar with just the right amount of almonds.
Maybe the best part about this bar is that my children don’t always prefer dark chocolate so it’s like a nice grownup treat for mom. It’s always special when us moms have something sweet just for us 😊.
GATSBY Chocolate is a low-calories chocolate and has less sugar than most chocolate bars. As I approach life I’m my mid thirties, I am always happy to find an indulgent treat without all the sugar.
GATSBY Chocolate was created by the cofounders of Halo Top ice cream. If you enjoy their ice cream, you know they do a masterful job of delivering yummy treats that are low calorie without compromising taste or quality.

Everything is Better with Chocolate
While the GATSBY Almond Dark chocolate bar is a treat all on its own, it also makes a wonderful addition to some of my favorite dishes.
I have used the Almond Dark chocolate bar to top oatmeal, french toast, and strawberry shortcakes.
Look for GATSBY Chocolate on you next trip to Sprouts Farmers Market, Safeway, or Albertsons.
You can also find them in stores and online at Walmart.
